We are able to mobilised so many 'Distancing Officers' not sure I got their designation correct, can't they also double up to issue fine to those caught feeding strays? We are a 'fine city' we need to fine them till they learn how to stop before life can be normalised.

My work place also had a mynah problem.... But I think it's seasonal and necessary for them. 

A couple had nested in my warehouse and we even called a pest controller for the issue. But after about one week after we got the quote,  the birds flew off... with their newborn ... And the issue was no more.

Feed stray cats still not as bad as those feeding birds.

Safe Distancing Officers not authorised to issue fine.  Only accompanying Cisco/Aetos Officers.

Is it an offence to feed strays?

I know it is an offence to feed monkey along Old Upper Thomson Road

Maybe you have not witness such problems. Water left for mosquitoes breeding, leftover food attracts ants, rodents etc and of course strays poos in places other than the feeders own home. Nothing against cat but please adopt them and bring them home. Alternatively,  feeders should bring them home to feed before releasing them. So they know how to go to their home on a regular basis. Everyone is happy. Dog no such issues leh
