Oh, cos i see red plate so I just assume is SG OPC, hahahaha. Is also not some big luxury car, just a normal SUV, and parked at HDB carpark.

Ya, its a Malaysia car. But not sure if its a diplomat car or not.

 

There's one frequently parked at my HDB MCSP over the weekends and its a black BMW 5-series. Once, I was curious and walked nearer to see and saw some Malaysia car permits decals on its windscreen, so then know its Malaysian car.
