Thanks everyone for the well wishes to Moxie.

 

She got her Week 4 x-rays done yesterday, the first set since her op. Good news is that there is no displacement of the plate/screws and the fracture seems to be healing well, although you can still see the gap and new bone growth. It's expected to be fully healed around Week 8, which is when she goes in for her next set of x-rays.

 

In the meantime we're still keeping her penned up at night and when we're not home. When we're home she's allowed out but if she gets too active then she gets thrown back into the pen.

Glad to see Moxie recovering well. cats truly have 9 lives

 

My cat fell from the 7th floor while we were away on holidays too. xrays reveal just a minor sprain of the right front leg. she was running and jumping all over within  two weeks.

was walking to my car w my friend when he spotted a cat and called it, the cat galloped to me.

 

Sensed it was real hungry, went to buy cat food for it. Returned back, opened the can, cat got super kanchiong. Couldn't transfer out the food (to make it easier for him to eat).

End up, gobbled down the food super fast..   [laugh]
