Seeking a general view on the situation. Is person A at fault? Is person B at fault? Or both is equally responsible??

Person A sms person B at 4.07am : "I am still unwell. Asthma still on. Will need to see the doctor later in the morning."

Person B having woke up by person A's sms at 4.07am reply at 7.13am : "I'm sure u can appreciate the fact that we are all working adults and it's f--king irritating to be woken up at 4am in the morning."

Person A without speaking to his immediate boss or even his immediate boss's boss complaint direct to HR that person B is using vulgarities. Reason being his boss is fren fren with person A(which is not the case) and his boss and his boss's boss are important to the company's function. Thus he went direct to HR.

All of your view will be appreciated. For me. I feel both are responsible for this mess.

what fault?

A's a bitch and inconsiderate too.

B's just expressing his displeasure in a strong manner, but must be professional too in the reply.

I would get irritated as well. At 4am, if u are still having asthma, then u jolly well go A&E. Don't see the point of smsing someone at 4am and wat can dat person do unless he's a doctor who can come and treat u. Maybe at 7-8am sms would be more appropriate.

If say the asthma condition improves and he can go to work, then dat sms at 4am would be irrevalent.

Texting at 4am to report health condition sounds like just finish a late nite outing and planning for mc the next day.

Is A female? Usually any profanity is not appropriate with female colleagues la, I think it's B fault. Just a small case but dunno why make such a fuss by B.

i am neither A nor B lar...i am an external party...but just feel it is good to find out the general view...

A is bad becos he should have talk to or confront B directly and not go behind his back to bao toh. SMS B at 4am huh?....hmm....I think A is trying to set B up. Quite obvious it is.
