My gf's IP4S can barely last 1/2 day with constant whatsapp-ing.. same goes to my SGS2.. the difference is, i have a spare battery on standby when i need it.. actually dual core CPU may be similar in power consumption as compared to a single core CPU and in some instances even better the battery consumption. We cannot just look at how many CPU present. There is a need to assess the 1.) TDP (Thermal Dissipation Power) 2.) CPU loading 1 is dictated by design and #2 is governed by your usage patterns and the type of governors used. Totally agree with this statement.. Before I sold off my Iphone 4 on the first day I got my Note and started using it.. I tried going back to the Iphone and it really seem freakin small.. Mikepitt Clutched February 22, 2012 Share February 22, 2012 I am an Apple Fan but the iPhone is just too small for my huge fingers. I find the Notes' screen size fit me best. Further more, its less likely to leave behind yr 'huge' phone Another thing is the external storage. Conveniently able to swop the memory card or borrow friend's to install apps. Not unless you are a skinny jeans wearer.. Because of the slimness of the Note, it doesn't look unsightly if you place it in your front pockets.. Ladies generally don't keep their phones in their jeans pockets.. So it's not an issue.. Only problem is they'll have to find a wristlet big enough to store it if they do carry a bag.. Also, it feels light on your hands even though it is about 40g heavier den the 4S.. As the phone is so slim, the weight is spread out evenly, and actually doesn't feel very heavy in your hand.. My friends and colleagues were very sceptical about the Galaxy Note.. I was one of the first to use this phone.. They even made fun of me, saying they'll rather use Ipad to make phone calls.. But after I shown them some HD videos and stuffs, some of them are saying they wanna change to the Note liao.. Hahaha.. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Got the Nexus One to experience pure Google plus get first-hand software update. Love it! In the beginning, I missed the physical keyboard of the Dream, but once I started using Swype, typing is a breeze. Got the iPhone4 - my first iPhone - to see what the hype was all about. Gave the phone to my wife the very next day! Very painful to use. After using Android for so long, the iPhone is really very VERY restrictive. (Ha ha... I finally understood why it is called "Jailbreak"!) I finally decided to get a new phone when the Galaxy Note arrived. Absolutely love it! My trusted Nexus One (used it for 2 full years) now looks like a toy phone! Also, Samsung really did a good job with TouchWiz. But the screen alone is worth it - it is fantastic! If you are using iOS all this while, think you owe it to yourself to give Android a try. (And yes, no point argue which OS is better - it really depends on the individual user). If you are worried about battery life, just buy an extra battery from eBay - problem solved. (In fact I super kiasu got 3 spare batteries and a wall charger.) But warning... once you start using the Note, it will be impossible for you to use any other phone with a smaller screen! My jeans normally straight cut, Levi's 501, so no issue.. Don't feel the bulge.. Basically alot of people worry about the size of the phone, but I feel the size is the selling point..
