I've set up google contact to sync with Iphone, but how to activate the sync?

Must click on sync contact to google lo.. On itunes, click on ur phone's name on the left menu.. Drop down should show outlook.. U will see google contacts when u click on the drop down box.. Click on the box beside "sync contacts with..." den cick apply on bottom right..

If ur note already has ur gmail account in it.. It will auto sync ur google contacts once they are synced over from ur iphone..

Thanks, it works, but I notice that everytime I do a direct Google Sync, my Iphone contacts will show as double or triple? is there a limitation to Google Sync?

For phone's OS upgrade, Iphone uses Itune, what about Galaxy Note, what software do they use? and also as for your contact, calendar, would that be restored after the upgrade, or you need to sync with Google again? Apps will be restored too, right?

Last time I had bad experience with my Samsung Omnia, which I lost all the data after the OS upgrade, it basically flush my Omnia phone clean. [:(]

Upgrade can be done thru the phone itself or using Samsung's software thru USB cable

You're advised to backup all your data before upgrading software, but so far, the 2 times i update firmware, all my stuff are still there..

SMTP SERVER - bbom-smtp.stm.com.sg

Security type - None

Port - 25

UNTICK require sign in

i tried bbom-smtp.stm.com.sg and mail.singnet.com.sg both port 25 and it does not work to send outgoing email from singnet..... i installed K9 and it does not solve my outbound issue as well......

To all Note users, how often do you use your S Pen? I hardly take it out.. Hahaha..

My wifey lost her 1 week back, she did not put back properly so the S/pen drop off, $70.00 gone [bigcry]

if need be, try searching for it in either gmarket or eBay. shouldn't be that expensive to replace.

That is good news. I almost write-off Samsung phone after the previous bad experience, now I'm considering their Samsung Note.
