$478 is a 2-yr contract price for $39.90 monthly plan so yes i have to pay monthly subscription. I have to pay $39.90 monthly anyway regardless of whether i am buying the phone so doesn't hurt to get the phone to sell it. I can upgrade handset yearly so just skipping this year and upgrade next year

My 32 GB is also almost full. The Picture is about 8,000 pcs accumulated since iPhone 3GS.
