Turbocharged

anyone has any recommended fix to the battery draining problem?

 

hold the power button down.

 

select "slide to off".

 

my battery lasted damn long this way!!! [laugh]

 

haha kidding .. i think need to reformat the phone bro ...

i tried dfu restore..restore network settings..

 

still v bad.

 

maximum 8 hours of use and 1 day standby :(

i would guess your notification is chocked fuller than NTUC. Clear out those apps which don't really require notifications i.e. those which you would normally use on a periodic manner (regardless of whether there are updates or not).

If only iOS got feature to do complicated strokes to unlock phone, i think people if they touch your phone, try a million years also cannot unlock.

[laugh]

 

Apple already patented the thumbprint unlock. Next time just use Thumbprint :D

 

Android use face unlock lo. just don't let ppl get hold of your face picture haha

lol. i cleared all my settings and recharged the battery from 0%. lets see how it works out today ,,

Nope, 2g sure save battery...

 

 

but if it take forever to load, and constantly drawing the battery in the background for sync and notification, it drain more power that way, no? :huh:

interestingly enough .. i know its too soon to tell .. but the phone's been on LTE for an hour (played 6-7 moves on words with friends), it connected to the car via bluetooth for 20 min and got 2 incoming calls .. but the battery's still showing 100% :D
