its strange that i am getting better battery life on my iphone as compare to SGS2.

 

Anyway Samsung main complain is.

 

your SGS cannot be upgraded to ICSW while the same era Iphone 4 can be upgraded to IOS6.0 hack even iphone 3GS can be upgraded to IOS6.0. this is how bad samsung treat its flagship. i dont blame them thought, they need to sell hardware to earn money while apple do have revenue from their Apps store.

 

thats why i say fark to samsung

they basically dont want to upgrade the software but rather force to buy latest range of phone

 

at least htc will try to upgrade android software

 

main complain about android is the battery

as it is slow to kill useless apps that is running in the background

HTC?? i got two complain on HTC.

 

1) Their HTC Sense dont make sense at all.

 

2) Unless you are living in Europe, their after sales service sucks big time. [mad]

This is quite typical of any phone manufacturer no ? 2-year upgrade cycle is what is driving their profits, since Motorola MicroTAC days .. [laugh]

2 year upgrade cycle?? Its actually less than 2 years for SGS. i am not very sure, IIRC SGS cannot even upgrade to Gingerbread. this is a big big screw up by samsung.

anyway got rumors, they might be taking up either WP8 or Andriod as their in between effort.

2 year upgrade cycle?? Its actually less than 2 years for SGS. i am not very sure, IIRC SGS cannot even upgrade to Gingerbread. this is a big big screw up by samsung.

 

yah my first android phone was samsung galaxy spica

cannot even upgrade to froyo...max was eclair

 

then wife galaxy ace gingerbread was stuck at 2.3.4 for asia

while european already hitting 2.3.5

 

if samsung trying to be 1 of those snobbish monopoly company...wont take long

Siri is rubbish even if you speak American. There are tons of better voice recognition engines out there. The only thing in 4S release was to catch up with SII on hardware, period. Still, it's such a thick and heavy phone.

Start what first ? Make your statement clear before you start bashing the whole world.

 

We're talking about creativity and you started bashing Android for "sucking at poor performance" and then BB for being the one "that sucks the most". To me, they are all the same products that caters to different users. Go figure.

 

I dont know, but to me creating a product that work well is also part of creative and BB surely suck the most atm.

you are the one who want to jump the bandwagon on BB with me.

 

BTW, if you think Andriod is more creative or samsung is more creative, then wow.. i dont know what to say.

 

Andriod was suppose to look more like BB. until they CEO who happen to be on apple Board, suddenly left on the day he launch Andriod which suddenly have a IOS feel.

 

Also the raised of Samsung/Andriod had everything to do with Samsung finally decided to adopted the UI of IOS with their Galaxy S.

yeah its not slow even my 3G now running on IOS 5.1 not slow. BTW, no Jail break needed after 4 years to get the latest OS. thought its not going to be supported by IOS6.

 

still better than SGS which already obsolute from ICSW althought its just 1.5 years since its launch to official ICSW release.
