Well i guess what is high and not high is relative. We can't expect those $10k, $20k or even $30k COE anymore. So while $66k is not low at least it didn't stay above $70k or worse, go above $80k. All this are only true if LTA don't keep changing rules. U raised some very interesting figures especially Cat A. With the 700+ bids the last round (391 COEs were avaiable IIRC), means there are at least 300+ buyers who didn't get their COE the last round. Then this time only have 530 bids so dat means only 200+ new buyers entering in the past 2 weeks since the last bid. Out of this 530 buyers, 130 of them did not get their COEs and will go to the next round (assuming they are "still around"). If the number of new buyers entering the next round stays at around 200+ then there wil be only 300++ bids (less than or around 400) and there are 400 COEs available....will that mean $1 COE??
