Heng51 2nd Gear August 23, 2012 Share August 23, 2012 What are the admin charges if bid thru ATM or internet banking? $2 admin charge... for POSB i think can only bid through atm... COE Bidding User Guide for ATM Bid Submission 1. Insert DBS/POSB ATM card 2. Enter PIN 3. Select "More services" 4. Select "Electronic COE Bidding" 5. Select account to debit 6. Accept Terms of Application & Select Submission 7. Select Category 8. Read details, enter Reserve Price 9. Confirm Transaction 10. Display details and print receipt Basically, the reserve price is the price you want to bid for the COE. The deposit is $10,000 and the admin charge is $2. If the bid is unsuccessful, the deposit of $10,000 will be returned to you the next working day. If the bid is successful, the deposit will be retained by LTA in offsetting the COE, the ARF and taxes. With the COE, you can go to any dealer and buy a car.
