But collect luggage, wait 20mins. CAAS on Sunday mood. The stewards and stewardess collected their luggages first. So far so good for me on Scoot. No hiccups at all. Ravinged 5th Gear March 4, 2019 Share March 4, 2019 Didn't noticed this thread until now...I have been flying Scoot for a fair bit of trips within Asia and among the budget airlines, I think I like Scoot the best. Never had any major problems with Scoot. My negative experiences were entrenched in AirAsia and Jetstar mostly. Jetstar ranked as the worst experience in my flying.I always pay extra to fly Scoot-in-Silence. Arrived 35mins ahead of schedule. Sian. Now sit around the airport to pass time. The pilot why drive the plane so fast one. Different airlines plan out estimated time differently. For Emirates, the estimated travel time does not include taxi time while airlines like Singapore Airlines or affiliated companies like Scoot include taxi time as part of traveling time. This is why majority of Scoot/SQ/Silkair flights will arrive ahead of schedule.In the case of Emirates - especially departing from Dubai, the airport is so huge that if there is a last-minute change in runway to take off, it can take up to 45mins-1hr just to taxi from one runway to another runway.
