Follow the law or show a little compassion?

HDB should ignore the matter on compassionate ground. I feel we need 'common sense' laws/rules. If the dogs are not abused, living condition is good, dogs are cleaned and not barking or whining excessively, I feel they should be allowed. For this case, the neighbour's complaints are nick-picking type.

Leave compassion. We as humans are here to help out one another, that is our biggest ability, it extends to other life forms as well, if we can't help them, at least don't hurt them.

But ever since I began reading books on Dharma I have begun to see the sad state of many humans nowadays, where is the compassion within us? Why is everyone about me, me and me.

I don't think the government or HDB will be willing to show compassion as that would involve them having to "carry out investigations' to determine if the dogs are really such nuisance or is it the foreigner being ridiculous. But seriously if you wanna come to our country and live in a HDB, kindly note that we have many races here and we try our best to tolerate each other.

I don't think the foreigners understand this.

And it's time we have more say in our country.

If some foreigner went to USA and created a fuss, who would their government help? Definitely not the foreigner.
