Bike crash into SUV accident - Sept 30 2pm

totally agreed with what u say. Video is the best Witness!!!! not easy to twist and turn

 

especially motorbike, their words are always so STRONG infront of the insurance company and the judge

The SUV also contributed to the accident because it placed itself on the left edge of its lane, a gap between which motorbikes often ride in. Most of the blame still remains on the motorbiker for the speed difference he was carrying while lane splitting (no reaction time). The lorry probably helped him break his fall instead of letting the impact throw him across the width of the road.

 

Seems to me the bike was fully intent on squeezing through between TS and the neighbouring lorry ferrying FWs. So intent that he did not even realised that the column of vehicles in Lane 2 has already come to a halt! How else can you explain for the lack of braking? That he was so sure he could yet again squeeze through (this time between the Nissan X Trail and the same lorry again)?

it would be easier if LTA tell you which insurance company this SUV is insured.

From there, u call the insurer and email to them.

Impact was dam serious man, the entire SUV literally rocked from the biker's impact to the car.

The foreign workers in the truck must be like "Wtf?" !

I have seem the clips many times and I discover that both the SUV and the red car have been driving side by side for very quite long while before the accident. Were they racing or the grey SUV was rather impatient with the comfort taxi infront of him for road hogging on lane 1 and he decided to swith to lane 2 and thats where the red car Buay Song and slam brake on him and although the grey SUV managed to avoid collision, but the poor biker was not sharp enuf to noticed it. If you guys watch carefully the red car and SUV in the beginging of the clip, you were noticed they were driving side by side on both their respective lane and the red car in lane 2 have a white car way right infront of him with much comfort distance. Question is why the red car pull out a sudden stunt and make a Emergency brake on lane 2 when all the every car was diving slightly > 90km/hr?? I sense that the culprit of this accident lies with the red car.

Can see from the clip that TS sudden quick brake almost kiss the SUV Kar Chng maybe less by half a metre. Any split second of hesitation confirm there won't be any video clip or this topic to talk about. Haha...

TS was cruising at 72km/h just before coming to a stop behind the Nissan.

I guess the biker was doing slighly faster by a few clicks since he was ahead before crashing.

Poor fellow. Human bodies are so fragile. Hope no serious injuries.
