Hamburger Hypersonic December 6, 2012 Share December 6, 2012 Seems a bit "off" to me. If got 24 points on Car and bike license shouldn't lose it. IF got 12 points on class 4, then that one gone. I would try and appeal. Not logical that when get a class 4, the number of points you can have on your class 3 goes down. a bit OFF to me too.... old class license is 2 yrs. get new class revert back to 1...... ↡ Advertisement
Jerrcik 1st Gear December 6, 2012 Author Share December 6, 2012 Ok, just checked with TP. For example, if you got Class 2B, 2A, 3, 4 and 5 for more than 1 year, the total points is 24 pts in 24 months. However, if one decides to take Class 2 and passes the test, he will get 12 pts in 12 months for class 2. In the event where you are awarded 13pts in any of the classes, ONLY CLASS 2 GETS REVOKED, NOT ALL. Thus you do not lose all the other licenses. For those who advocate losing all licenses, allow me to give you a scenario. IF you fail your mother tongue language final exam during O'lvl, does it mean you fail the entire O'Lvl ? In my bro's case, he will lose his Class 4. He will need to wait for a yr to take it up again. Lucky him, hope he learn his lesson well.....Nope, he does not depend on Class 4 works. He just take for fun.
Watwheels Supersonic December 6, 2012 Share December 6, 2012 (edited) Hey, a lot of things in this world dun make sense. What do you want to do? Sure, you can comprain a lot but is anything gonna change? All I know is if I want to drive here I play by the rules. I'm not the one who set the rules. You can always do it your way but make sure you dun get caught. Get caught and start whining. Dun be a b!tch man. Anyway, it has already been clarified that only lose the probation license not the rest. So maybe they not so stewpid after all.

Baphomet 3rd Gear December 6, 2012 Share December 6, 2012 That's the whole point - WHICH license is under probation? If I read the OP correctly it is the class 4. So class can only have 12 points instead of the normal 24. If, when on probation for the class 4, can also lose class 3 with 12 points, then his class 3 DIPS limit has effectively "gone down". (from 24 to 12) When he is not under probation for class 3, this doesn't make much sense. haha..dude...in singapore nothing makes sense. ↡ Advertisement
