High cost of living already bad enough and on top of that still need to service high interest mortgage🤣 only 5% are mortgage discharged

As prices are constantly going up so need to up the retirement age too🤣 they say people income are getting higher but howcome still need to work longer pass their prime

Singapore lang mostly haolian one lah. 
stay HDB or condo on loan, drive car on loan, earn $10k - $20k also want to haolian one lah. Retirement age 68 is due to not enough money but they wont admit it one lah.

Well 80-85% of Singaporeans are ratracing and will have no qualms to borrow to haolian.  😁

So that also means 80-85% of their friends and colleagues are doing the same 🙄🤦🏻‍♂️

otherwise, why branded luxury handbags, watches shops etc got instalment scheme leh?  
why buy car dealers of branded cars need to hv balloon scheme or hire purchase?
