This car owner damn damn stupid to post this video without thinking of the consequence.

Instead of people pity him, now his driving license may be at stake due to the speed he is travelling.

Speeding + Accident. chao chao 6 to 8 points.

But since it is used as advertisement for the car cam, I guess the accident occurred quite long ago? Probably the driver won the case thats why it is used as advertisement for the car cam to show that it can help to prove the biker was wrong.

it was shown as 7th of Feb'13 on the video time/date stamp which is about 13 days ago

As a biker/driver, i'm in the opinion that the biker is 99% at fault.

 

He could have avoided all this if he had just checked his mirrors and not proceed with a stupid lane change as such.
