HDB flat fire insurance

It's time to renew the HDB fire insurance again. Can I check with you folks which policy did you opt for, or is sufficient to just go for the lowest $8.24 (covering $75,300)?

 

If you happen to know of anyone around you whom had the unfortunate experience of making such claims before, would appreciate the sharing of experience.

I think it's a 3rd party claim. If fire starts from your place and cause damage to your neighbouring units, they can claim from your insurer.
