Maybe you should check if your part was really replaced like they mentioned... Well to be fair. maybe he did have a good experience .Perhaps someone else served him. lol Maybe its just the person that dealt with me. What truly got the me is that there was 3 chances to just tell me accurately what had been done/ not done. The guy was extremely polite etc as well and seemed super professional, but that just makes it all the more scary since you don't expect anything bad when someone seems so trustworthy! It was his decision call not to swap my camera and tell me it was done, and sure enough. His recovery the next day was that only the SD card had been changed (which it was not either), and i should monitor. if ANYTHING happens, he'll assist. Sure enough, the camera died again the next day, on the road, when i wanted to check it. Frankly, i don't get it. its just a darn camera. i don't even understand the logic behind telling me it was changed when it was not. i woulden't even have gotten angry if they just told me that they didn't change it cause they think its a another reason that it was not working and i should monitor. its the fact that inaccurate information was provided that i'm just absolutely stunned. My car cam was installed @ Elebest.45 mins they took ( initially told me over the hp 2 hrs ) , so am happy there too.Max does not talk a lot but it was quick and painless.
