Just wanted opinion this morning on

 

Yunzhi versus Lingzhi

 

My own take

 

Linzhi which is like rojak but sells like caviar price

because i am paying something like $120 for a small bottle for my parents to take each mum

 

but lately i discovered Yunzhi which have proven and reseached benefits

 

 

Questions:

 

anybody taking any of these?

if yes which one?

why your choice?

I dont know if they are really proven to fight cancer or not.

 

You know, in our hospitals like SGH or TTSH, they have set up TCM clinics and they can tell you what to take for cancer or any other diseases. If you want proven medical research facts, I suggest you best approach and seek consultation from them.

 

Lingzhi or yunzhi are classified as fungus, and I'm not sure how fungus can help to fight cancer. Fungus is basically no good for our body, as i was told.

 

In TTSH, they even publish a book on TCM treatments for cancer patients. you can buy this book. it tells you what TCM herbs to use to cook food dishes for cancer treatments.

was in Taipei last week when an old back injury hit me again ... then i remembered seeing this in SG expo so bought a pack and it really helped !!

No le, more likely due to bad posture while sitting at the office whole day. My neck area feels stiff and ache. 😣

You need to buy " Secret Lab" Chair..very comfortable for long time in front of Computer,either Working or Playing Games.

@Playtime koyok ... medicated plaster lah .... but this packing is 8 pcs and bigger than the usual plasters.
