I was crying as I read the article. As a parent I don't think I can be as strong as her parents....the pain, the suffering..... even the dad has gone bankrupt due to the hefty medical bills but he is not giving up. Somewhat decided not to buy another watch this year; will use the money for charity instead. Maybe next year then buy bah, if my bonus is good :) Can always buy watches another day; but people will need some help all the time. OT again. I've just received email from the reporter on details of how to make a donation to the family. If you'd like to help, drop me a PM and I'll copy-paste it from my email. I couldn't sleep well last night and kept thinking about her plight. Am making a donation, hope she can have a great birthday next week. So....there goes part of my watch fund for this year. Many I know are avid watch collectors and truly appreciate good watches, most of them own at least one Rolex. Rolex also have different entry range, like your BMW 3, 5 & 7 series. So I don't know if driving a 320 for example will increase your status in the society. May be, it does but just a bit. Many I know say Rolex so "uncle", like Merc. Which IMHO it is not.
