what kinda books you want? or you want simple scores?

there's no easy way out unless you can play by ear too.

Hi guys,

 

any advise how should start to play a keyboard.

 

Just brought a keyboard last week.

 

My objective is to play according to chords like guitar chord, C, D, Em, F, G and etc. (btw, I know how to play guitar with chords). hope it boost some knowledge on it.

If you are serious my advise is that you get a teacher coach 1 on 1. You won't get far on your own unless you have background as in you know most of the theory stuff. You got to sacrifice a lot of your time to practice and practice.

agree, the fundamental of reading score for piano is different from guitar, able to under the score will help in playing many other instrument.

yea going school is the best.

 

but if you happen to need simple scores for starting, i do have them. but thats provided you are able to read piano scores since they are different from guitar ones.

 

 

The above youtube link is one of those I first practiced when I started learning. Really liked it cuz was into japanese dramas then and this was from the drama Strawberry on a Shortcake by Kyoko Fukada. HAHAH.

 

If you want the score I can scan it for you.
