Anyway the samsung AX40, my BIL ordered on last thursday from seller daiso, delivered today.

That's super quick cos i thought there was a delay.

So many air purifier collectors.

 

mostly the ones with young kids like me.

qoo10 usually don't tell u when they are delivering.

usually i send it to my parents or in laws place, where they are usually home.

There are two type of AX40....UWD and GMD.

 

I presume you guys order the GMD as i have the impression it is a later model and is lighter.

Value for money from online stores would be Samsung, LG.

Locally available and good mid range would be Philips and sharp.

Expensive and better than good would be blue air and iq air

Money big object: DIY

 

My pocket objected, so I went with DIY.

Filter media turned quite dark after just one night's use. (Different ambient lighting so not so pronounced in pics)

Now I'm saving up to buy a particle counter... and a more powerful fan...

Also looking for 1-inch thick high-MERV filters. Any air filtration industry people here? TIA.
