As for repairing I can try out the workshop opposite. Same place but unit number is 393H. Yew Tee industrial is near my place and im the regular there cz I trust that few workshops. If u keen I can recommend you. But don't go to the workshop with the company name Eng Eng Kee/ Eng Soon Painting who claims he provide most services for cars ie repair painting insurance claims servicing etc...My friend went there and was damn angry that he passed his car to other workshop to do and e job is badly done. Divers 2nd Gear January 20, 2015 Share January 20, 2015 (edited) Agreed. Ah Heng specialised in Honda repair & servicing. Just had my FD2's gear box repaired at his workshop. Better call him b4 you go, long waiting time. I agree. I went there on my friend advise. He can diagonse the problem even though my ride is not Honda..He is patient and will really drive and find out the problem. I like those WS that boss take charge and check what is the problem unlike those asking mechanic to check. I know cannot compare apple to apple. But sometimes no choice. I went four WS to check. Two say this problems, one say this problem and the last one say another problem. In the end dont know what is the problem. But his price hor!! Anyway, I tried to search for Honda ... its SK_ or Inspire 2_ Any other WS that is worth talking for Honda? Jerky gearbox for fit while on the move 50 to 60km. My regular WS is not confident of doing electronics related work. Hope to find a reasonable WS for this. Don't really want go to the dealer. I have been servicing my car at Autob~. It's getting very costly now with Autob~ as the car is getting old. But I love this car. I called BM, but they need me to submit an application first and they will reply me in 6 months time whether they can service my car.... (???) Volvobrick Hypersonic March 4, 2015 Share March 4, 2015 I am sure there are plenty of decent workshops that can service Toyotas. Normal car service is really a simple straight forward job - drain the oil, change the filter, put in new oil. Other parts just change them when worn/clogged. My continentals have been serviced "outside" for years at half or even 1/3 of the "thor kor" prices with no detrimental effects on the cars. Only issue is whether the ws know how to resent the service light (or google to find out the procedure). If you are in the west, PM me I can recommend the one I am using now. Rpm has been fluctuating between 800-1400 or even 600-1200(which at times cause stalling) at P or N mode... Driving a suzuki swift auto tranny.. Thanks mates.
