Wow, you even told him about the recording, you are not afraid he may just confiscate your camera or send you to polis station to do nake squat.... :D

Bro Voodooman,

Frankly speaking beside me alone, anyone will feels the same as I do if the violation drive into bus lane is valid and caught by him in the bus lane shall be apologetic and ask for forgiveness.

He accused me violated bus lane before custom building where there is a signage overhead stated "Kereta / Bas" and my dashcam recorded I'm in the left side for kereta lane to proof my innocent, he was standing 20 meters away of the out-going traffic towards singapore side and claimed to charge me a violation at that before custom building site where he wasn't there and suppose to be there to penalize me.

I know his motives but if I'll to give-in to settle, that means I'm admitting this bus lane violation for the lawful compound fine, my decision to stayed firmed it's because I have dashcam evidence to proof justice and he eventually knows I'm not giving in to private settlement at even RM50. rather to attend JB court for testification.

A crook will show on his face with greed looks, I don't know are you good in judging facial expression by looking into the photo.

Last month early July, the mar-the-far-ker JB TP on the left with his thick lip rode his private reg.motorcycle and stopped me 20 meters away from JB custom shelter towards Sg. direction(merging lanes with heavy vehicles on the right side), accused me "Salah...Entered Bus Lane" !

I asked him where is the bus lane ? He said before Immigration Counter, then I got angry and ask him to show me where and proof, he called his superior over the walkie talkie in malay saying "dia mau minta mana ada bas lian ?"

Closed his com-call and demanded RM300 compound fine on the spot, then I told him in malay "saya tak adah dui, lu kasih saya sammon dulu, saya naik JB kourt baya"

He pretended to write something in his note pad and raised his farking face to negotiated for RM100  I remainded firmed with above..."saya tak adah dui, lu kasih sammon dulu, saya naik JB kourt baya"

He then flip up his com-set starts talking softly in it, I counldn't hear it clearly, he then walk back to my car and said RM.50 to settle on the spot because my car is foreign registered, I got really mad and asked him "Apa ha ? saya tak boleh baya di JB Kourt ?" He [:(] said.."ok, ini lah lu punya sammon!"

I took it over and read with a shocked :o , it is just a note without Authority Letter Head ???? I re-clarified with him..."lu tidak tulis kereta saya nombor ! machiam mana boleh baya kompound leh ?"

He finally said...."Boss saya kasih lu chans, lian kali tak boleh lagi, lu maju cepat !"

I answered him...Baik lah, saya sudah lehkor di karmehra kereta, tapi kalau kompound tak baya ? nanti saya semua eres habis [mad] Salam......

Drove-off quickly

JOHOR BARU (THE STAR/ASIA NEWS NETWORK) - A Singaporean businessman led police on a 20km car chase when he tried to flee after failing to bribe them on Sunday.

In the 11.30pm incident, the 50-year old suspect, driving a Mercedes Benz, was headed to Singapore when he tried to cut the vehicle queue at the Bangunan Sultan Iskandar Customs, Immigration and Quarantine complex (CIQ), obstructing other vehicles in the process.

Two police traffic officers on duty at the CIQ complex then tried to take him to the nearest police station.

However, the man then got agitated and refused to cooperate, and offered a RM550 (S$213) bribe to Lance Corporal Awang Mohd Massahdi Awang Abunawas and Lance Corporal Mashri Sedek, said the officers.

"We were waiting for assistance before sending him to the nearby Central police station, but the suspect decided to speed off in his car," said Lance Corporal Awang Mohd.

The 20-minute pursuit took them all the way to Taman Sri Putri in Skudai, about 20km away.

The two officers recounted the incident on Tuesday after receiving their certificates of commendation from Johor police chief Senior Deputy Commissioner Mohd Mokhar Mohd Shariff at the state police contingent headquarters.

Lance Corporal Mashri said: "This is the first time someone tried to bribe us."

The suspect has been remanded, and he faces up to two years in jail if found guilty.
