I think Jem should change name to something related to water to counter fire. Last time I heard Bras Basah complex was named 书城 but change the name to 百胜楼 because the word 书 sounds like 输.

SINGAPORE: A fire broke out at the Burger King outlet at Jem mall on Tuesday night (Jul 19), resulting in shoppers and cinema-goers being evacuated from the mall. 

The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said in a Facebook post that the fire started at about 8.30pm at the fast food restaurant on the basement level of the Jurong East shopping mall. 

After the fire alarm was activated, the management of Jem decided to initiate a phased evacuation as a precautionary measure, SCDF added. 

The fire, which was confined to the kitchen of the restaurant, was extinguished by the sprinkler system prior to SCDF's arrival.

There were no reported injuries and SCDF is investigating the cause of the fire, it said.

Ppl should be relieved that the fire fighting system in the building is working well.
