I was involved in multi-car collision in 2010, all cars no injury, but about about into the accident I felt some stiffness in the neck, then it went off. in subsequently my lower part of my neck seems to be aching easily, not sure if it was related or not. Make sure your insurance company n your workshop have many copies of this video clip.... THEN see doctor... As many times you can... Cause your neck and wife/GF neck very the pain.... Every week pain.... Engage a lawyer to do your claims... Get those ambulance chaser lawyers... If you have already done all these then good luck... All the best... The guy actually made a report to say that I hit him from the back. As a result the repair was delayed cos his insurance company disputed the claim. Imagine this... You rear end a taxi... Or whatever... Driver comes out and checks damages all etc... Looks fine... High chance Soon you will get a letter from TP giving you demerit points for rear ending him and he is suddenly the next day injured with whiplash... In that same vein, if someone tries to screw me over, I'll do it back til the person apologises and promises not to do it again, to me or to others. Knoobie Supercharged September 5, 2013 Share September 5, 2013 i reported to traffic police, got a call from an investigating officer to say that they won't be investigating cause there are no injuries. I wonder if I have been a motorcyclist or a pedestrian if it would be a different story. They driver also made a false report to say that I hit him. Again the police say it is not an offence to make false claims but i am at liberty to take up a civil suit. I have already made a full claim! The investigating officer told me that they are now looking into catching people who drive against the flow of traffice but not interested in car reversing on 4 lane road. So now it is okay to reverse on main road, make sure you get into an accident that does not injure anyone. In this way you won't be charged for dangerous driving. What do you think? Rejecting investigation cause no injuries? Can understand. False claim not an offence?? can piak spider lo... did the IO tell you that word for word?? TS I hope you took down the IO name and bomb him on social media.. how can false claim is not an offence?? every one know it IS an offence... If it is just a claim report that he made a false claim, there is no basis for police to step in. It is just a civil case. Under RTA, there is no thing as dangerous driving. It is hard to define dangerous driving, so normally police charge drivers under the rash and negligence act. I hav tried once b4 and they really look into the matter thoroughly and my summon was waived... cos obviously not me who drove along tat rd at tat period of time as I asked for proof if it really is my vehicle there at tat point of time (1st time ask for proof, they ignored me and still ask me to settle the summon)... juz CC the head of TP inside and they will gan jiong...
