There should be codes generated if the fuel gauge goes to empty and flashes. Mine was "fuel additive detected" when I poured in some injector cleaners.

What you are asking is always the same question asked by every single person who is thinking of getting an Alfa...

I say, put aside 2-3k a year for possible repair bills. If kena yearly, at least prepared for it.. if not.. just use if for the following year. Clutch change alone is 2k...fuel pump, 700 or so...I can name a dozen of things that need to be changed for each car if you follow it thru the years..

A156 cost me $15k for 3 years ownership.

GT already $4k for the first 2 months and hopefully no other repair for the balance 14 months ahead.

If got any more repair & it's under $2k, I would say reasonable.

Thanks for the concerns of all Brothers. They only accept bank transfer or paypal. I would check with my banker tomorrow if I can transfer small amount of 44 Euros. I do not have paypal account.

Hi to all brothers. I have eventually opened a Paypal account, and used it to bought the license of MultiECUScan and the adaptor cable before CNY. Now I am waiting for the delivery of the cable. After that, I would use them and post updates of the results of the scanning.
