Yohan Cabaye will join PSG for €26 million.

Swansea not doing as well as last season. Is it because of the addition of too many new players ?

Michu not finding form with injuries this season. I think that's the main reason. Shelvey I thought is doing relatively well for them. Which is good as I still think he is a good player. Just that his direct style of play don't suit BR.

I think cos Fulham is not a threat to Chelsea. Basically they don't wanna sell to a team that could come back to haunt them. They also said this in response to transfer rumours surrounding Mata coming to pool.

Agree. They are still sore over the sale of Sturridge. However, if Chelsea really push for Shaw, I am sure Southampton will want Bertrand in the deal

Hearing that LFC sign Deli Ali on a long term deal from MK.

Also on Salah, Basel could really have upped the asking price after hearing interest from other clubs. Salah however prefers Liverpool and had gotten his agent to convey his preference to the club. Still confident that an agreement can be reached.

Y don pool try for conetrao as well? N whi is deli ali??...delifrance i know

Ceontrao I think has his heart set on Man Utd. His late move in the summer collapsed last min and I heard he was in tears.

Dele Alli not much info on him except being a attacking midfielder playing for MK Dons. Youngster, so don't think is for the first team.

seems pool prefers certain ethics groups. Eg, salah, Ali etc..... :D

Lol, to clarify, his name is Dele Alli, and is an English born and bred, 16yo. Very limited info on wiki but someone already updated his status as a Liverpool player. Jumping the gun here.

However, from what I observed, BR seems to be doing final round of scouting before Pool make a move. He did it with Salah by watching their last UCL match against Schalke I think. Then he watched Alli in the last FA Cup tie. It was so obvious that he was there for Alli as he left immediately when Alli was subbed. Lol

tell pool to stop wasting time n money buying the young talents, when after 2-3 yrs, they will b sold. as much as they need young talents for future, what they really need now is reinforcement to the first team.

Beg to differ.

Buying youth and groom is cheaper than buying them when they are established. Look at Sterling. How much is he worth now and how much did Pool get him for?

I would say that need to identify players who are at the right values. While looking at established players who will come straight in, need to keep an eye on promising youth players too.

i know. youth is impt. but right now...as of this moment...established players are more impt. squad is really really thin. n no way buying youth players is gonna help.

Yup, agree with you on this.

I believe Pool is working on it right now and the priority is certainly to bring in players who are first team ready. That's why going for Salah (though he is only 21, he is certainly for the first team), chasing hard for a DM and also monitoring Montoya.

Just that at this point in time, balls not in our hands for these deals.

Have patience. I can assure you that BR is certainly not focusing on youth and ignoring established players. Just that when there is a promising youngster available and a good value, he doesn't give it a miss.
