Judging by what I see in my short daily journeys there must be thousands of cars beating the red light in Singapore every day.

I think it's a school zone in the first video. Which also means 13 demerit points if convicted. Good luck to the BMW. Cos can see he was deliberate., unlike sometimes we do misjudge the amber light. For sharing, the arrow marking is my braking gauge, if I can still see 2 or 3 arrow on the road when it turns amber, I will brake. If not, I will speed through with caution.

But I'd like to see some figures of the number of accidents caused by red light 'beaters' over the years, ajusted for the increase in cars on the road.

the other hint to look out for is the pedastrain lights in the direction of travel.

best are the ones with the timer.

otherwise, if blinking, better to brake lah. one red light, if you are already late, 5 mins also late, 8 mins also late lah. no frigging difference. arriving safe is top priority~!
