They have one goal.. That is to make money at all means. LTA does not take any actions.. This further assures them that they can continue making more...

Sadly, that is how thing works here. Imagine.. You step on the accelerator hard, but the car takes 2 secs to slowly respond and you are trying to avoid a collision... That's it... Only can po pi po pi

So the powerloss issue is not resolved ? I really like the exterior and interior of the QQ . but have doubts about the reliability of this car . Any positive owners ? Most owners face the powerloss issue ?

There is power lag when moving off from stationary. Never observed a power loss issue. Been driving the car daily for 3 months and enjoying the ride. Mine is 1.2T.

 

However, I prefer that less people buy this car. Too many on the road now. Next time hard to sell.

So far driving for about three months, no issue with power loss. When I need the power, just step harder on the accelerator, it will go. However, don't expect it to react like a sport car..

I think is the Eco that cause the lag problem. After drive for 2 month almost got an accident with this lag issue. Therefore I off it. It few week and the issue never come back. It is so disappointing that I complain with Tan Chong, nothing much was done worst still email their service manager no reply from him. Regretted to get car from Tan Chong, the worst workshop that I have went.

I am enjoying my 1.2T so far too.

More than 3000 QQs sold in 2015.

No info on breakdowns on number of 1.2T/2L

I did, twice in first 2 weeks after collecting. It's almost impossible to re-stimulate the power loss because it happens only intermittently and in the most unexpected situations.

However after retune in 1st servicing, I did not encounter it again (touch wood). Driven near to 4k so far.

I did notice a little lag if I release brake and step acc immediately. Somehow if I let the car rolls a little from stationary before stepping on acc then there is no lag in acc.

Acc rather smooth till 90kmh but when car slow down from 90kmh to 60kmh then for a brief moment it is rather slow to pick up the speed again. Maybe no more boost cos once foot lifted off from acc, the boost will be released.

Agree, experienced disappointingly underpar service from TC - both nissan and subaru!
