Maybe the stall owner slow in frying the ckt? So even at off peak hours still have queue? Mutton soup is high in cholesterol and also heaty, not everyone can take it.

beauty world on top got 1 very good mutton soup.

but quite pricely, recently just up price...

I ate at a new stall Apollo Penang Char Kuay Teow at Block 293 Yishun St 22 in Dec 2018. The owner Poh Loh does a really really good version of Penang style ckt with superior ingredients like sua lor prawns. Currently my favourite!

Was thinking of getting it tonight for dinner, but seems like it sells out earlier than that based on FB.

Thanks for the gai xiao.

He is considered fast for a one man/no assistant stall.

Estimate about 3-5 mins per pax.

Noodles each round in the wok serve about 2 person. The way he fried the food and handle the wok and spatula is really skillful.

Probably the measurement of the sauce mixture was too generous for my portion, thus more salty than I preferred.

Quite a large portion for $3

Yes, tried that before, one of the best mutton soup stall.

Henderson Rd mkt also have one but must go before 1pm.

I also visit two other at Changi Village Hawker and Old Airport Rd

There was one at Kitchener Rd, shifted to opp Maude Rd. I stopped going there after my friend reminded me that stall ever stomped before for rat in soup.

I used to go occasionally. He used to open at 5pm (or just before 5) cos when I arrive at 5, there are already pple eating it. Has he changed his timing? the last time I went was abt 2 or 3mths ago and it was closed at 5.
