2BDriver Hypersonic January 28, 2015 Share January 28, 2015 just change my EM last week, Bought EM from Tanly Motor, 3 pcs for $150 before GST. Go to ws, labour is another $150 nett. total 2-3 hours to change. While engine idling <1000 rpm, hold steering wheel softly with your hands to feel any more vibration with new EM, then engage gear and hold gear knob with your left hand to feel vibration. After new EM replace, the engine might transfer vibrating movement to your gearbox remain with old and harden gearbox mounting. I always change both together in all my cars for peace of mind. ↡ Advertisement
