Ericsem Neutral Newbie May 21, 2015 Share May 21, 2015 I'm looking at a new mark x but with 1st gen 2004-2009 & 2nd gen 2009-present, it seems that the life-cycle is 6-7 years and the last thing I want is to end up with a EOL 'new' car. Does anybody know when will the new mark x be released? ↡ Advertisement

Ericsem Neutral Newbie May 21, 2015 Share May 21, 2015 No immediate need to change now so if new model is coming up in 1-2 years' time I'd rather wait for new model, at least it'd last me for some years before my next change.

Once you tot up the sums for a 10 year old car, see what else you can get, brand new for the same outlay, and ask yourself it it is worth it.
