From the various comments, it seems natural for humans to prejudge just by looking at a picture until someone suggests a possible scenario which challenges a prejudgement.

Therefore, while we often use NPNT or NVNT, those can also be misleading if the root is unknown.

T/fore, can this photo not be deliberately posted as a practical joke on forummers knowing how forummers usually react to certain scenarios

base on what they have done during the anti-Chinese movement in the late 90s, the killer instinct is there in their blood........

As i said, action only against unarmed civilians... Against a properly armed opponent who can shoot back? Maybe different story.
