A brand new C180 from C&C now sells from S$304,888, and is assembled in South Africa unlike the Germany assembled W203. A renewed COE W203 costs 1/3, with no high PARF (scrap value) to forgo.

COE prices are expected to be relatively lower in 2026 (lower prevailing quota premium for renewal) due to increased COE supply, including the addition of 20,000 COEs from February 2025 onwards, according to the Ministry of Transport. This increased supply is expected to peak in 2026.

Actual condition - no touch ups
