Honda stream 2007 repair/maintenance

Uses honda stream rsz gearbox can be fit to RN6? Anyone have have any idea?

 

a lot of things need to change bro. worth it anot?

U mean can fit but need to change alot of things, my 13 yrs old (remaining 2 yrs coe) honda stream RN6 transmission or gear got problem (loud sound when acelerating to move off). So i bought a secondhand one but is a RSZ one.

can fit definitely. because RSZ have padal shift function, the gearbox is equipped with this. Not forgetting there is S mode also as standard spec cos RN6 doesnt have S mode but D2 mode.

 

check with your workshop and see whether all these specs that RSZ have the gearbox can fit into RN6 without issue.

Anyone change their stream oxygen sensor at certain mileage for example 100K km even if it's not faulty?

 

yes. its a wear and tear item. 100k should change even no spoil for better fc.

my previous stream almost 300K and never need to change.

as mentioned it is a wear and tear item. if you dont change doesnt mean other people wont change it. [laugh]

you can try to clean it. but its not gona be through also. there are still stubborn carbon deposits which is inside the sensor holes area which cant reach. if you ride still have many more yrs to go after renew COE is worth to replace them.

Well, was driving Toyota but now Honda. Car can change but Nick cannot change.

Hi bro here. I am new to this forum. Just brought a 08 stream. Thinking of doing some repair like shock absorbers and do on for smoother driving. Any good advice and workshop can recommend.

 

I realise that when the car is slowly picking up between 38km-40km the car vibrate. Need shifu advice. Thanks you in advance

You may want to elaborate more on the vibration? hows the condition of the car when you took over?

Thanks buddy for reaching out . I saw the Pmed. Will update on the case . As just brought over. Now is fault finding with finger cross .
