hey bro you chose the smoky rose metallic? havent see one in that colour yet in singapore. mine is aluminium..

my one tank range is about 600km on the lcd display.

also like the A-class but can only admire from distance... the audi A3 sportback also very nice but the DQ200 gearbox reliability questionable.

My log card States pink is the colour.. But viewing from all angles can't find it pink at all. All the new colours are very nice...

I bought the deluxe version, really enjoying all the gadgets...

mrmilktooth, hopefully i see your purple/pink colour mazda 2 when i'm out and about! :)

shawn207, thanks for the clarification, I thought the engine in the mazda 3 had been uptuned a little to make up for the larger kerb weight.

oh wow how does it look on your new ride? haha you traded in your old rims and tyres for a discount i presume. the deluxe model 16 inch rims looks really good though.

ah the SE was telling me the soul red needs $500 top up but IMO it looks really good and sporty as compared to the other colours! so tempting, what colour is yours? SKT would make sense as most have only been on the road for about a few months or so, wow makes me jealous just thinking of their owners haha.

ah i see haha yeah Japanese brands tend to be more reliable, i hope your faith in them turns out well founded!

Ah the jazz, unfortunately the new design is not for me and I, like you, much prefer an old fashioned torque converter autobox than a CVT haha. seems like my mind is already made up.

yes just booked! looking forward to getting it soon [laugh] just a couple of questions, how's the solar film provided by the SE? the SE said dashcam included as well but only 1 channel, is it any good? Was thinking if I am going to get a camera might as well get a 2 channel one.

Congrats! What colour did u book and when is your rough delivery date? :)

Mine is aluminium. I have no complaints about the solar film provided by mazda. The car aircon is quite strong and cools down the car quite fast.

Mine no dash cam so can't help u there.. Mine was SKS series but I retained old number plate

Rikecool is good I suppose.. Better than none..

I'm not too particular on brands. E cam should be ok.

Don't think they provide lousy stuff. Least decent..

Also forgot to mention.. M2 no spare wheel.. So ask for repair tyre kit with compressor...

I dint ask until a relative pointed it out to me.. One end I ask from my se even after confirmation..

He was nice to say try his best.. And provided it..

If no spare tyre then should hv either a repair kit or tyres are run flats?

Don't think Mz2 provides run flats so repair kit shld be provided as standard right?

Quite frankly, to majority of singaporeans, if the tyre really puncture, they won't bother about the repair kit la. More like straight away call for tow truck or those 24hr assistance with tyre recover liao. [laugh]

(edited)

for some people, it has the added assurance of being safe/backup/just-in-case. It's like carrying a charm albiet a heavy one. [sunny]

U referring to the original mazda tyre repair kit? I got it from my SE when collecting the car, there's a special enclosure at the base of the boot for it. The car should come with it by default.

I think it might be possible to purchase those skinny doughnut spare tyre and store it below the boot. The enclosure looks big enough but I haven't tried it yet.

Suzuki swift sport new model now carries a full size spare..you are right the old model had tyre repair kit.

That's why the new swift sport boot can't even fit one suitcase hahah.

I was seriously toying with the idea of getting the swift sport and installing roof racks before I realized its too impractical. How to drive to airport with luggage when rainy :o

I think inside the kit got patches for you to patch the affected part of the tyre. This should last you until you get it changed. Challenge the SE la! Upon car collection, ask the SE how to use the repair tyre kit. See whether he/she stun like vegetable or not [:p]

soul red! think it's the most striking colour of all. SE told me delivery should be july as now soul red all sold out ): I'm ok with waiting though.

silver? was it a existing stock? oh i see ok that's good then because if not I have to go outside and do again if it's not good. rikecool should be decent. yeah read some reviews saying the aircon is quite strong!

alright no problem thanks!

mrmilktooth, the tyre repair kit should come with the M2 as standard, did you SE give you something extra instead? to be honest I have no idea how to use a tyre repair kit though. I only know how to replace a punctured tyre with a full size spare or a space saver haha.
