Mini rims looked good on mz car! Pcd 4*100? Think will look equally good on mz3 as design doesn't feel too small. Spoke size about right.

Nope, did the temp logging long time ago w/ the 3 & this time, the 2, with a scangauge hooked. All driving conditions, in the tropics...no effect/increase on coolant & intake temps noted.:)

That's what I thought, too. The front ends of both 3 & 2 are well vented...wide open grilles.:)

Air will and can still be sucked in easily. It's not like you are shutting off the entrance of the air intake.
