My doc told me to start losing weight NOW, once hit the 40 it will get harder and then harder  [dead]

 

For fried stuff I suggest try air fryer (frozen fried chicken) as a small treat once in a while, not the best but least can reduce the oil intake.  [thumbsup]

For me it's not so much the weight. I am still of reasonable weight, maybe a little on the bigger side. But it's more of the internal health. Doc says even bone skinny people can suffer from heart problems if they lead a poor lifestyle, with all the unhealthy food and no exercise.

 

So for me just try to build up stamina and cardio, eat more healthily to avoid problems, and also reduce stress if possible.

Air fryer will still help (for enjoyment snacks) if you see the amount of oil on the pan left after cooking its crazy.

 

We're on the similiar boat, my internals also gone case but still reversible (sort off)  :D Get a heartbeat sensor if you don't have one already if you are considering running don't just whack, keep the HB < 170 if possible.
