My doc told me to start losing weight NOW, once hit the 40 it will get harder and then harder  [dead]

For fried stuff I suggest try air fryer (frozen fried chicken) as a small treat once in a while, not the best but least can reduce the oil intake.  [thumbsup]

see the exercising without the gym thread.

go LCHF (Low Carb High Fat). it works. i am on it too.

losing weight is actually simple, u just need discipline and the right diet.

exercising helps accelerate weight loss, especially S.H.I.T (super high intensity interval training), but generally exercise should be used for fitness and general well being instead of for losing weight. you can exercise alot, like running long distances, but it's not as effective if you don't watch what you eat.

to lose weight, just work on the diet.

if it looks like it's made in a factory, don't eat it.

all the best! you can lose weight easily even when you are past 40.

End 2015 I set the resolution for 2016.

I have achieved all of them

1) Go to the village where we sponsored when I was still teaching

2) meet up pen pals

3) go see yellowstone and the golden gate bridge

4) get my RC plane

5) go kedah in a car

6) see mt everest

So far I achieved them and I posted some of the photos here also.

For 2017, my resolutions are

1) lose weight

2) focus on relationships as opposed to travel. Will not travel as much this year as compared to last year.

If you come to our meet ups you will realise why we all need to lose weight.

Losing weight is too general. Need be be specific, like I want to lose 7kg this year. Hehe.

Tip: write down your weight into a desk calendar first thing in the morning after you pee.

As the days go, you can visualise how much you lost and seeing your achievements will keep you going.

My 2017 resolution is to fulfil 2016's resolution which happens to be 2015's resolution...I'll religiously keep buying toto till it's fulfilled.

See? I have a plan and put it into action so it's not a wish.
