Seems like not much accessories for EC yet.

 

Btw, do you guys drive with ECO mode?

Personally I find it useful during heavy traffic condition as it seems to mute the turbo by maintaining low rpm, feels like driving a normal 1.5l.

 

I used to drive without the ECO mode, but now I want to chill while driving, so I just flip it on to save fuel.

 

The ECO mode appears to bias the engine towards not triggering the turbo, so there's not a lot of response for a wide range of pedal movement. But if you go past 75% it kicks in the power and you'll get a surge.

Yeah, pedal seems muted, hard to press and not much response when pushed... yet to go past 75% thou as normally I off the eco mode when traffic flow eases...

Any EC owners' rides come with tyre other than YOKOHAMA BLUEARTH E70 225/55 R18 98H. Couldn't find any review or cost of the tyre. Anyone upgrade their rim or tyre?

 

I found the tyres that come with the EC!

Yokohama BE E70 225/55/18

 

The stock size was 215/70/16

 

I thought if it comes with Yokohama BE RV02 will be nice

Does anyone here actually bother with the HUD? It seems to only display the speed, which is a little extra.

Good to check if you aren't speeding on the highway..

I think it does show a few things on cruise control but agreed it's pretty basic compared to continental cars

Quick check anyone upgraded the car sound system? Does it void and warranty?

Any one knows some reputable installer
