I did, diligently as per the label.. But was told by service engineer actually no need..

from recent motor show just notice the new batch of EC the side window is of double layer design. this one of improvement to lower the outside noise.

Went to test drive this yesterday as they were clearing stock at 95k. Spacious car but the hand brake is positioned at such a undesirable position.

The hand brake position indeed no good. Have to opt for the higher spec lo.

the vehicle i collecting next week unfortunately has that handbrake as i opted for a lower spec. will report how it goes. =)

best part is the tyres... 245/40R20... with wider fenders. the black gloss rims look damn awesome can.

reading the various forum, i get the impression that Nissan's Xtrial and EC seems to suffer from this false trigger of the E brake problem. Does the other makes have similar issue? eg Honda or Toyota?

I went for the software update recall after experience once E brake. The alert for the brake is still irritating after the update. So far haven’t experiences E brake Activate yet

Anyone know how much will it cost to replace the behind TOP centre pc brake plastic cover? I suay park too in the parking lot in the multi carpark, everybody gets off and the car bounce back up, the top centre brake plastic kana press against the metal rod on TOP and crack. Need to replace it to cover up my mistake before my hubby back from overseas trip. Any Good recommendation workshop which can get it replace fast is very much appreciated.

Due to the numbers and considering how new is the car only C & C would have the parts i felt you could get it in aliexpress but it will still take time and someone to installed it.

this model still new and parts are rare.

just go back to cnc, if no then only try stockists

 

alternatively let your hubby settle it.

My vehicle is finally here! Following are the list of changes i made to the vehicle so far. (Mine is the sport model)

 

License plate swap to LED (ordered from rakuten global, original eclipse cross part)

Applied piano black trim to door handrest where powered windows are found (ordered from rakuten global, original eclipse cross part)

Swapped tyres from stock 16” to 19” ATS rims

Swapped stock halogens for Low beam and fog to LEDs for both. (Philips original)

3M carmats from maxtrend.

 

Further changes planned

Trying to find original sill plate (not the lit up one) on eBay. Found one but missed the opportunity.

Plastidip/wrap front grill and bottom plate (front and rear)

 

Saw many accessories on AliExpress, bought a couple but did not apply yet... not sure if they are able to last or not.

 

Anyway, the vehicle has been really fun to drive, the ride height is excellent, and the SDA that comes with it allows so many customisation. (Change signal light sounds, etc =D) I really hate the manual handbrake, but i cant justify spending 9k more for quite a number of options that i will hardly use. Another feature that i really wish i had is the auto folding of wing mirrors.

part price @$1107 labour is $80 part available . all prices exclude GST.

 

Outside workshop $290 with installation without body work( which no need)

 

Use Epoxy Adhesive ( learnt fm youtube) -$6.90

 

 

Act blur is the best solution. Lol

Which multimedia you are having? The original SDA or the Kenwood.

 

I think the button only work when you are plug in using the cable without it i doubt it work.

 

 

Seems like it could be some issue with the car microphone? Ask C and C to check it out.

 

 

I Just found that my automated window closing (one touch closing/opening and automated closing windows when locking the car - Both original from Misibishi) just stoped working suddenly with no reason,

 

And as soon as it stop working the windows, my microphone got to work normally FINALLY!

 

So...

 

It seems that my microphone problem is associated to the technology installed in the windows.

 

Yesterday I took to a different store to analyze.

They opened the door where the window system (interface) was badly installed, with even a broken cord.

 

They will change the equipment,

And luckily I won’t experience more issues about Microphone. Hope so.

 

If anyone ever have problems with microphone, before doing any multimedia changing or whatever, please recheck the installation of any optional you ever got installed.
