The berries ended up all at the bottom, have to add it just before baking next time.

 

 

Texture and taste are all good, only the look is not so presentable.

 

I will add the berry only after start baking for a short while, before the top harden.

 

If you add before baking, it will still sink to the bottom. I try that before.

Your best bet I think should be the old style hawker centres in mature estates. I just saw one stall selling pineapple water in Whampao market. Birds nest water have not seen for a long time
