Need an advise here. I have converted some Youtube video to MP4 to view on my Android head unit but it doesnt work. Invalid format. What is the recommended solution? Which media format is suitable to play on Android HU? Appreciate any advise.

Android HU, what r e specs or media format it supports on playback?

btw...does e mp4 plays on ur pc?

If it does n ur HU supports mp4...then most likely is e codec of e video/audio, safest to choose H.264 for video & mp3 for audio imho.

if all else fails...just recode it again...

my 2¢

Neutral Newbie

I checked on my Pumpkin Android head unit and found it support video formats: RMVB/AVI/MPG/MPEG/VOB/MOV/ASF/FLV/3GP/MP4, etc.

But you also can connect to the Internet and watch YouTube videos online.
