Hi All,

 

I noticed a lack of consolidated charity thread and since I work a lot with these events, decided to start this so if any brothers and sisters in here can bless the less fortunate with items, please lend a helping hand.

Event: Charity Soft Toys/ Toys Collections for the less fortunate and Medical Outreach.

 

Stuff wanted: Used/New Soft Toys/Toys (In good condition. Do not worry, we will do the washing and drying)

 

Collection Date: Till 15 December 2018

 

Can deliver To : Outram Ya Hua @ no.7 Keppel Road. PSA Tanjong Pagar Complex. #01-05/07.

(Closed in Every Monday)

After washing and drying the toys. Smaller toys are also okay as we will pack 2-3 of them into seal bags and it look attractive too!

my wife was clearing our storeroom 2 weeks ago and found many toys that we can't bear to throw away year after year.

 

We decided to let go most of it and wonder where to give/throw, this thread started just in time for me.

Sorry all if I seem to keep asking for stuff. I tend to give my time to charitable causes every December so people know to send me requests.

Lotus Light Charity Society has been actively doing house visits for beneficiaries to find out how we can further help them. Just Bukit Merah View alone we have more then 120 beneficiaries and this time round, we have gathered more request from there them and these are the items they need. We would like to appeal to everyone to help the needy and elderly by sponsoring and donating the items to them.

This is a good chance to pass on miscellaneous items you don’t need like bath sets, mugs, chargers/cables, gift chocolates, towel sets etc etc.

 

You could volunteer to distribute the presents to the migrant workers too.
