I disagreed. 

The making of AV movie is no less stress than any other normal Cinematic production. 

I ever watch a documentary on the making of jap AV(educstion purpose). The sanitisation, lighting to the crews... Doing it under 10 or so watchful eyes and no "retake".  Not something deem enjoy according to the documentary.

The difficulty in recruitung new young male into the AV industry.

His crime? Deny dating an underage girl (15yo). Agency (owned by his uncle) pursued kim sae Ron on the loan amount. That actress committed suicide on his birthday. The agency publicly deny they were having any relationship.
