macrosszero Turbocharged May 16 Share May 16 (edited) Went to the Leng Kee one on a weekday during lunch time; epitome of efficiency because I was in and out before the carpark grace period was up, every service should be like this Oh and for those of you who think just because your license is in English you don’t need an IDP Our Singapore license is quite unique in that it doesn’t have an expiry date and it confuses people and raises questions Edited May 16 by macrosszero ↡ Advertisement

It's quite an efficient process but actually more people then I expected. I went on a sunday 4pm, there were about 10-15 people waiting around to be registered or waiting for collection during the 25-30 mins I was there. Staff will proceed to use ipad to take your photo (for your IDP) and after that will pass you the ipad to fill in your particulars. return the ipad to C1 when done. then wait for C2 to call you by name ... proceed and they will pass you your photo sticker and ask you to verify. after verification, they will paste the photo sticker on your IDP and emboss it with the AA stamp and pass you your IDP and you are done !! Err... it's very simple leh... really only need for places where they don't use English and can't read your driver's license...

Ysc3 Twincharged May 18 Share May 18 @teomingern my sister told me to just apply first in case we might need it ... But I also don't see how... Coz she also hired a passenger van with driver there already for the week... Unless I take turns with the driver to drive 😂

I had that with Malaysian police before... almost died of laughter when the chap said he wanted my license so that he can mail the summons to my address... ↡ Advertisement
