It’s day time, sky was still brightly lit with thick white fog even though raining heavily.

So its daytime fog. Then yellow light shine through better.
Ok understood.

My friend bought LED bulb that can switch btw 3 diff colours.

Just like my home ceiling light.... 😄

Halogen lights can be made brighter - just up the wattage. But regulations limit the brightness so as not to blind incoming vehicles. Years back I had 90/100W bulbs, which were not so legal.

halogen good during rain/fog? really? I never experience before.
In singapore weather, i prefer LED still.
Yellow light is only good for one thing. For indoor lighting during evenings at home.

Actually i should have been more specific, i didn't mean it must be halogen light. It's more yellow light (than halogen) that will be useful as it will contrast better with heavy rain/fog/snow, which are all white. It's easier to see yellow light through all these white mess, making it safer for drivers to know where other vehicles (esp head-on) are.

Anyone know how much to get this LED bulb? Can be fixed on those low-trimmed variant car with reflective headlight housing without the lights dispersing blinding everyone. Lights are focused.

Technically illegal. Won't pass inspection.
