LOL. Russia want to demonstrate their nuclear delivery capabilities before the Trump and putin meets. There no cards to be found in their nuclear threat.

After the two hours Trump and Putin's call which Trump calls it positive. This is how Putin, respond after the talk. ONe of the largest attack against Ukrianian civilians and the capital Kyiv is not spared.

If any, everytime Trump or his envoys has said positive progress has been made after a meetup with Russia, the respond from Russia is always they have received green light to attack Ukraine more. The mass built up in Russian force in Kursk is one such event, are after Ukraine got the intelligence switched off by USA after USA talk with Putin. 

I think Trumps peace plan is going nowhere if not it actually emboldened Russia to be more aggressive.
